Global Growth: TEKCE Real Estate Journey
Our business journey began in Antalya, Turkey, in 2004 under the name Antalya Homes. In Antalya, we have five offices located in Lara, Konyaaltı, Döşemealtı, Belek, and Alanya. In Istanbul, we're known as "Istanbul Homes" with offices in Cevizlibağ and Göztepe. We also have a presence in Trabzon Yomra under the brand "Trabzon Homes" and expanded to Bursa and Yalova with the "Bursa Homes" brand. Despite these expansions, we always operated under the Antalya Homes name.
Our first international venture was in Malaga, Spain, as "Spain Homes." We then established an office in Alicante, followed by one in Stockholm, Sweden, due to high customer demand there. However, as we grew, the Antalya Homes brand became insufficient to represent our diverse operations. Thus, we consolidated our latest offices in Izmir, Mersin, Bodrum, and Fethiye under the TEKCE brand.
Our next step was Northern Cyprus. With a firm belief in the future resolution of political issues there, we made significant real estate investments with our new office in Girne. Most recently, we expanded to Dubai, bringing the total number of countries we serve to five.
