Bayram Tekçe is the founder and chairman of the international TEKCE group companies. He is an entrepreneur who provides 360° real estate services to international investors across many fields, including real estate brokerage, project marketing, legal consultancy, finance, investment companies, and real estate investment funds.

He is an active player in non-governmental organizations. Bayram Tekçe is the co-founder of the Real Estate Service Exporters Association (GIGDER) for the growth of the real estate sector with sustainable policies. Since 2023, Tekçe has been the chairman of the board of directors of the association, which plays an important role in the sector by shedding light on legal and operational issues.

Özkan Tekçe, has joined to TEKCE group of companies in 2017 as the Chief Operating Officer. He brought his 20 years of professional experience and played an important role in the globalization of the company. Özkan Tekçe specialized in building systems and processes, sales organizations and managing large teams.

Working with professionals at all levels and at all stages of their careers for many years has fortified his management skills. With his visionary personality, he aims to strengthen the company's global leadership. He currently lives in Spain and manages all sales and operations teams globally. Also, as part of his position, he engages with a global investor community comprised of affluent high-net-worth individuals.

Aysun Tekçe is the Chief Marketing Officer of international TEKCE group companies. With nearly two decades of experience, Aysun joined the company in 2018, bringing her marketing valor focused on Brand Management and Customer and Shopper Insight.

Driven by a passion for learning and acquiring knowledge, she is committed to building successful brands, firming strong teams and coaching and developing people. Currently based in Spain, she leads the diverse TEKCE marketing team, which includes brand managers, digital marketing experts, editors, and creative designers. Under her guidance, TEKCE's marketing thrives with innovation and impact.

Ali Evren Elçi joined TEKCE in 2019 as the Türkiye Country Manager. Before that, he worked in various roles in the telecommunications and FMCG industries for more than 20 years, covering areas such as Business Development, Supply Chains, and Sales Planning.

As the Country Manager of TEKCE Real Estate, Ali Evren Elçi brings a wealth of experience and a dedication to excellence that drives his team to new heights. With a proven track record in various industries, he leads by example, fostering a culture of innovation and customer-centricity. Engin Çamcı, with a wealth of nearly two decades of diverse experience in sales and marketing management, is the driving force behind TEKCE Exclusive, which is a full-service agency that specializes in delivering professional sales and marketing services for real estate projects.
