This innovative initiative brings together over 1,100 government services into a single platform, marking a significant step toward full automation in public administration.

Developed by the Department of Government Enablement, TAMM 4.0 goes beyond the traditional role of government, offering a proactive platform that touches citizens’ lives every moment.

TAMM AI Assistant can automate a variety of everyday tasks on behalf of citizens, residents, visitors, and investors. It can automate processes such as paying bills, scheduling appointments, submitting applications, renewing licenses, and managing utility payments, allowing users to manage their commitments with ease and efficiency. TAMM AI Assistant can understand and respond to voice commands in both English and Arabic. Moreover, it is powered by sophisticated algorithms that analyze user behavior and preferences and tailor its services to fit individual needs better.

TAMM AutoGov: The World’s First AI Public Officer

Unveiled at GITEX Global 2025, TAMM AutoGov offers a complete AI automation for government services, enabling users to complete routine transactions like bill payments and license renewals automatically and securely, without logging into the system.

With innovative features such as AI Vision, TAMM Care, and TAMM Hologram, users receive step-by-step guidance for residency permits and other official procedures. The platform sends reminders for upcoming appointments, payments, and permit renewals, while also managing personal tasks such as medical records, student services, and travel planning from a single platform. Outstandingly, TAMM Hologram allows users to interact with live government officers via mobile pods, ensuring a fast, secure, and human-centric communication in a digital environment.

Expanding Ecosystem and Partnerships

TAMM's digital government platform is integrated with over 90 public and private sector entities. Partnerships with organizations like ADX, Comera, and Wio Bank allow users to complete transactions end-to-end safely.

TAMM User Consent & Privacy

Users maintain full control over automation levels and which personal data is being used. All data is stored in a sovereign cloud environment and protected by a zero-trust security system. All data is safeguarded through continuous monitoring, security testing, and emergency protocols. The platform offers algorithm oversight while providing offline alternatives for user accessibility.
