Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

• Manage property listings on CMS, short-term rental platforms, and local portals.
• Analyze the performance of short, mid, and long-term rental portfolios, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Communicate and coordinate processes with investors who own properties across different regions, cities, and countries.
• Respond to customer inquiries from Tekce.com and rental portals, involving the team or solution partners when necessary.

• Continuously monitor AI-generated rental prices and conduct comparative market analysis.
• Develop strategies to enhance the competitiveness of listed properties.
• Manage dynamic pricing strategies during peak seasons and special events.
• Optimize pricing policies to increase occupancy rates.

• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on portfolio performance, customer satisfaction, and operational processes.
• Analyze occupancy rates and transaction times to identify areas for improvement.
• Present reports to upper management on a regular basis.

• Collaborate with Area Supervisors / TEKCE Portfolio Supervisors to coordinate check-in/check-out and reservation changes.
• Ensure seamless coordination with Trade Supervisors, Operations Supervisors, and other relevant teams.
• Optimize collaboration in property rental and sales processes to ensure smooth operations.

Required Background

• Experience in the real estate industry is not required but preferred,
• Fluent knowledge of English.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organization and interpersonal skills,
