Job Description

Real estate lawyers provide consultancy in property transactions and manage legal processes related to property rights. They represent clients in matters such as sales and title deeds, and prepare legal documents.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Contracts, protocols etc. to be signed by the company with third parties. To prepare and/or examine all legally binding documents in accordance with procedures and principles and to give legal opinion and approval of compliance,
• To follow up and report litigation, execution and all other legal proceedings,
• Providing legal opinions to the questions posed by the relevant units within the scope of the company's field of activity,
• By following the legal regulations and case law concerning the organization; Informing the relevant departments in case of important changes in legislation, case law, precedent, making plans for adaptation and training to the changes, making suggestions for the implementation of the planning,
• Being responsible for processes such as company general assemblies, mergers, acquisitions, registration procedures,
• Participating in commissions deemed necessary by the management or in accordance with the provisions of the legislation,
• Recording and archiving all legal correspondence and documents,
• To manage the application and follow-up processes of our customers' citizenship and residence permits.

Required Background

• Graduated from the law department of universities,
• Preferably experienced in information and technology fields,
• Correspondence with public and private institutions,
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and human relations,
• He has completed their military service for male candidates,
• Who pays attention to his appearance
• Strong corporate representation, successful in time management and business follow-up,
• He/She is solution-oriented, a researcher, and has a versatile perspective,
• B-class driver's license and no travel disability,
• Fluent in English.

Whether you have experience is not critical to us. The most important criterion we seek is to be honest and open-minded. The training and support you need when you start work are provided by TEKCE Academy in Istanbul, Göztepe office, for 2 weeks. During this time, you learn all the required skills.
