Since then, every step we’ve taken has strengthened our presence in both local and international markets. 2004-2010: Laying the Foundation

When we entered the market in 2004, we had one clear goal: to become one of the top real estate agencies in the world. We knew the road ahead would be long, but we were certain of one thing: success starts with strong values. History & Success Story of TEKCE Real Estate

On day one, we established the principles that would become the backbone of TEKCE: goodness, integrity, excellence, sustainability, and innovation. To this day, every team member is selected not just for experience, but for alignment with these values, because we believe they form the true pillars of our success.

Bayram Tekçe, the founder of our company, opened the first office in Antalya, Lara, and in only three years, we were the top-selling agency in Mediterranean Turkey. In 2008, we launched our first in-house apartment project, and by 2010, antalyahomes.com went live in nine languages and quickly became Antalya’s most trusted real estate platform. That same year, we were recognized by U.S. Export.gov as one of the world’s most reliable real estate agencies: a milestone that reflected the real value of our principles.

2010-2018: Expanding Horizons

By 2010, TEKCE had outgrown its local roots, and we opened our first office in İstanbul. Our dedication allowed us to achieve what only 15% of Turkish companies did: celebrate our 10th anniversary. By 2017, what started as a single agency in Lara had grown into a strong organization with six branches across Antalya, İstanbul, and Trabzon.

While growing, we kept our focus solid: 100% customer happiness. We were guiding buyers from every continent in their native languages. Then, we took a pioneering step in 2017 and completed the world’s very first documented real estate transaction using cryptocurrency.

2018-2023: Going Global

Ready to become a strong player in the international market, 2018 marked our first overseas expansion: a TEKCE office in Benalmádena, Spain.

In 2019, we established TEKCE Academy, offering a comprehensive training program that embeds our core values in every team member. The same year, TEKCE Visa was launched, providing professional legal support to property buyers on matters like citizenship, residency, and work permits across multiple countries.

By 2022, we expanded further with offices in Girne, Alicante, and Sweden, and in 2023, we launched our Dubai office, growing as a major force in the Middle East real estate market.

That same year was also a milestone for our digital transformation: With the launch of tekce.com, we unified all our brands: Antalya Homes ®, Istanbul Homes ®, Bursa Homes ®, and Trabzon Homes ® together with our UAE portfolio under a single, powerful platform.

2025: LeadingRE Membership – A New Chapter

Today, TEKCE operates from 20 offices in 5 countries, serving clients from every continent in over 30 languages. We collaborate with experts in brokerage, legal consultancy, project marketing, construction, and investment advisory. We prioritize transparency, reliability, and professionalism in every matter.

And now, we have become a proud member of the LeadingRE network (Leading Real Estate Companies of the World), a highly prestigious organization that unites top real estate companies on one platform.
