Our Company's Founder Bayram Tekçe Become Chairman of GIGDER

The founder of our company, Bayram Tekçe, has become the chairman of GIGDER, Turkey’s expertizing organization for international investors. His election as the chairman and becoming the new voice in the sector marks a new area in Turkey’s global real estate exporting.

GIGDER, Real Estate International Promotion Association, is the key organization to create a reliable space for international investors in Turkey. Staying loyal to its core values of establishment, the sector-leading organization GIGDER successfully represents Turkish real estate in the global arena, one of the backbones of the country’s economy.

Established in 2020 with the collaborative works of Faruk Akbal and Bayram Tekçe, the organization has taken the role of vocalizing the requirements of the sector and successfully advancing it further in the global platform.

On November 8, 2023, following his role as GIGDER vice-chairmanship and Research and Publishing Committee chairmanship, Bayram Tekçe was elected as the chairman of the new term, during the general assembly in Liv City Hotel İstanbul.
