TEKCE Property Management – Cancellation Policy
At TEKCE Property Management, we aim to provide clarity, transparency, and flexibility for both guests and property owners. Our cancellation policies are designed to balance guest convenience with the protection of our hosts’ bookings. Each property may offer one of the cancellation options below, which will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
1. Flexible Cancellation Policy
- Full refund for cancellations made up to 24 hours before check-in.
- No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in or for no-shows.
- If the guest decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are non-refundable.
2. Moderate Cancellation Policy
- Full refund for cancellations made up to 5 days before check-in.
- Cancellations made less than 5 days before check-in are non-refundable.
- Early departures after check-in are non-refundable.
3. Limited Cancellation Policy
An option that provides moderate flexibility.
- Full refund for cancellations made up to 14 days before check-in.
- 50% refund for cancellations between 7 and 14 days before check-in but after the 24-hour cancellation period.
- No refund for cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in.
4. Firm Cancellation Policy
Suitable for property owners who require a more definitive booking commitment.
- Full refund for cancellations made up to 30 days before check-in.
- 50% refund for cancellations made 7-30 days before check-in.
- No refund for cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in or in case of a no-show.
Additional Notes
- Refunds apply to the accommodation cost only. Cleaning fees and service fees may be refunded depending on the cancellation timing and local regulations.
- All cancellations must be submitted through the platform or channel where the booking was made.
- For extenuating circumstances (medical emergencies, flight cancellations, natural disasters), TEKCE Property Management reserves the right to evaluate each case individually. Supporting documentation may be required.
- If a host must cancel a confirmed reservation for any reason, the guest will receive a full refund, and our team will assist in finding an alternative property when possible.
