Job Description

The Real Estate Portfolio Supervisor's role involves the critical task of finding the right properties in the best locations, guaranteeing they are presented on the website with accurate pricing and informative descriptions.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

- Advising sellers on the suitability and value of the property they visit,

- Presenting offers and campaigns to potential sellers and ensuring diversity in the portfolio,

- Conducting discovery tours with potential local and foreign buyers and conducting the sales process,

- Advising sellers on market conditions, negotiation processes, prices, mortgages, legal obligations and related issues,

- Editing listings and descriptions,

- Preparation of necessary documents (contracts, etc.),

- To have knowledge about real estate markets,

- To provide a fair and honest agreement between the buyer and the seller, to bring the real estate to be sold to our company within the framework of our best price guarantee principle.

Desired Skills and Specialties

- Preferably previously engaged in sales & marketing activities and preferably experienced in the real estate sector,

- Good command of the English language,

- Aiming for a long-term career plan,

- Ability to use Internet, Windows and MS Office programs, preferably having carried out business processes with CRM programs before,

- Having a driver's license and being capable of actively driving a car,

- Presentable.

Salary and Benefits
