Real Estate Portfolio Supervisor Job Description
A Real Estate Portfolio Supervisor is responsible for finding properties in the best location at the right price and making the relevant properties ready for sale. In this position, you will use your skills and expertise to expand our company's portfolio and offer the most attractive investments to our clients.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
• Advising sellers on the suitability and value of the property they visit,
• Advising offers and campaigns to potential buyers and ensuring diversity in the portfolio
• Arranging viewing tours to potential local and international buyers and being active in the purchase process
• Providing advice to customers on market conditions, negotiation processes, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters,
• Preparing necessary paperwork (contracts etc),
• Having information about the real estate market,
• To provide a fair and honest agreement between the buyer and the seller, to bring the real estate to be sold to our company within the framework of our best price guarantee principle.
Required Background:
• Experienced in sales and marketing
• Proficiency in English
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Pro-active and a team player
• Results-oriented, ambitious, and has professional perfective
• Be interested in a long-term career with us
• Basic knowledge of using the Internet, Windows, and MS Office, and familiarity with CRM programs
• Believing in continuous education and personal development
• Class B driving license required, with active car driving experience
