Job Description

We are looking for an Operations Supervisor for our office in Orihuela Costa - Alicante to be a part of our innovative and multicultural team. The Operations Supervisor is the main link between our company and current/potential customers having initial contact with them. He/she interacts with customers with high professionalism and acts as a filter.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Establishing primary contact with customers who send inquiries
  • Identifying customers’ needs and wants, clarifying and filtrating information of the inquiry
  • Using CRM to distribute the inquiries to Sales Agents, log and track inquiries
  • Handling live chat on our websites.

Qualifications

  • Excellent command of the English and Spanish languages
  • Strong phone, verbal and written communication skills
  • Good communication, coordination, and execution skills.
  • Serious work, a strong sense of responsibility, and the courage to accept challenges,
  • Strong customer service orientation,
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively,
  • Excellent listener and team player
  • Eligible to work in Spain

Working hours; Monday – Friday 09.00-18.00 (lunch break 13.00-15.00); Saturday 10.00-15.00
