Job Description
We are looking for an Operations Supervisor for our office in Orihuela Costa - Alicante to be a part of our innovative and multicultural team. The Operations Supervisor is the main link between our company and current/potential customers having initial contact with them. He/she interacts with customers with high professionalism and acts as a filter.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Establishing primary contact with customers who send inquiries
- Identifying customers’ needs and wants, clarifying and filtrating information of the inquiry
- Using CRM to distribute the inquiries to Sales Agents, log and track inquiries
- Handling live chat on our websites.
Qualifications
- Excellent command of the English and Spanish languages
- Strong phone, verbal and written communication skills
- Good communication, coordination, and execution skills.
- Serious work, a strong sense of responsibility, and the courage to accept challenges,
- Strong customer service orientation,
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively,
- Excellent listener and team player
- Eligible to work in Spain
Working hours; Monday – Friday 09.00-18.00 (lunch break 13.00-15.00); Saturday 10.00-15.00
