Ender Karabulut, TEKCE'nin Konyaaltı Ofisi'nde Ofis Müdürü olarak görev yapmaktadır ve gayrimenkul sektöründe operasyonları düzenleme ve ekip verimliliğini artırma konusunda uzmanlaşmıştır. Satış ve müşteri ilişkileri konusundaki güçlü geçmişi sayesinde, bölgesel satış yönetimi alanında on yılı aşkın profesyonel deneyim sunmakta olup, uluslararası müşterilerle etkili bir şekilde iletişim kurmak için İngilizce, İspanyolca, Türkçe ve Arapça gibi çok dilli becerilerini kullanmıştır.

Nisan 2024’te TEKCE’ye katıldığından beri, günlük operasyonların optimize edilmesinde ve satış ekibinin desteklenmesinde önemli bir rol oynamıştır. Antalya gayrimenkul piyasası hakkında derinlemesine bilgisi, çözüm odaklı yaklaşımı ve operasyonel mükemmeliyete olan bağlılığı, hem müşteriler hem de meslektaşlar için verimli süreçler ve yüksek hizmet standartları sağlamaktadır.
